Descrizione
La risorsa nella posizione di Reporting & Accounting Generalist riporterà al Cluster Business Controller italiano.Con la sua esperienza contabile e amministrativa supporterà proattivamente il Finace Department e i team esterni nelle attività di gestione amministrativa degli Hotels e a più Business Unit
Maggiori responsabilità Affiancamento al Finacial Controller nella reportistica di fine mese, budget e forecast degli hotels; Applicazione delle policy di Gruppo emanate dall'Internal Audit ed applicate alle attività giornaliere di amministrazione e controllo in linea con la regolazione locale;
Analisi e controllo dei risultati mensili, accantonamenti per fatture da ricevere ai fini della reportistica di fine mese, invio ed elaborazione dei dati ricevuti dai diversi dipartimenti ai fine della reportistica mensile; Supporto al Finacial Controller nel calcolo degli affitti degli hotels in linea con le causole contrattuali; Controllo dei conti contabili ed invio delle scritture di clearing e riclassifica ai team di supporto esterni; Riconciliazione dei conti contabili attivi e passivi; Riconciliazione delle partite Intercompany Gestione delle rifatturazioni interne Intercompany e partite tra hotels; Reportistica mensile al Gruppo e analisi dei dati (costi, ricavi, KPI).
Il profilo ideale Almeno 2 anni in un contesto amministrativo o controlling idealmente in Hotellerie o Revisione Contabile; Studi economici, finanziari; Inglese fluente scritto e parlato; Capacità analitiche ed elaborazione dati; Ottima conoscenza di Excel.
