Descrizione
Coordinare e sovrintendere le attività di produzione, garantendo la conformità agli standard di qualità e alle normative di settore.
Ottimizzare i processi produttivi per massimizzare l'efficienza operativa.
Gestire l'inventario dei materiali necessari per la produzione, garantendo una disponibilità costante.
Collaborare attivamente con il team di ricerca e sviluppo per implementare nuove tecnologie e migliorare i processi esistenti.
Assicurare la conformità delle pratiche di produzione alle linee guida aziendali e alle normative vigenti.
Risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problemi operativi, mantenendo la continuità della produzione.
Profilo del Candidato
Laurea in ingegneria, scienze farmaceutiche o campo correlato.
Esperienza consolidata nella gestione delle operazioni di produzione, preferibilmente in settori ad alta regolamentazione come il farmaceutico o del benessere.
Approfondita conoscenza delle buone pratiche di produzione (GMP).
Capacità comprovate di risolvere problemi con tempestività e precisione.
Eccellenti competenze comunicative e spirito di collaborazione.
Orientamento ai risultati e attenzione ai dettagli.
