Introduzione
All' interno della Direzione Global Credit Structuring, la risorsa lavorerà nella struttura Structured Credit Agency & Portfolio Management con il compito di supportare il team nella gestione di operazioni di structured credit, tra cui securitisation, specialised lending e complex corporate financing.Durante lo stage, la risorsa affiancherà i colleghi senior nelle seguenti attività:
•Analisi della documentazione contrattuale relativa ai deal
•Negoziazione con clienti interni ed esterni in merito alla finalizzazione delle operazioni
•Svolgere attività di gestione e management closing nell'ambito di team autonomi con obiettivi di risultato
•Effettuare verifiche di Compliance Contrattuale e regolamentare con reporting al Management
•Svolgere analisi di bilancio applicata a strutture complesse
•Effettuare analisi rating interni
•Predisporre documenti per i Comitati interni
•Seguire l'attività di gestione di crediti cartolarizzati e relativo monitoraggio andamentale
•Predisporre la reportistica ad hoc sull'andamento dei crediti cartolarizzati
•Coordinare le attività necessarie a garantire il funding ai veicoli "conduit" della Banca

Requisiti necessari per candidarsi
Esperienza pregressa in stage seppur per poco tempo nel Credit risk, securitisation, lending saranno considerate un plus
Interesse e una conoscenza accademica per il mondo del Credit, risk, securitisation e lending La risorsa deve possedere i seguenti requisiti
•Laurea magistrale in Economia, Economia e legislazione d'impresa, Finanza, ingegneria gestionale, statistica
•Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di MS Office 365 (in particolare Excel, PowerBi, e Powerpoint;)
•Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (è auspicabile la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere)
