What You'll Be Doing:
- As a valuable member of our customer experience team, your role will involve managing customer activations and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. You'll handle operational tasks directly from our admin panel, collaborate with crossfunctional teams (particularly IT and Education) to address customer concerns, and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems. Additionally, you'll assist in coordinating and executing workshops, report bugs to the IT department, conduct postworkshop followups, analyze data and generate reports, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of product support policies and procedures. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency of our organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer support or related roles
- Ability to handle operational tasks and customer activations
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a similar product support specialist role
- Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions
