Job Summary:

Organizes and supervises the activities of the F&B Department to guarantee service quality standards, maximise sales, create a proactive work environment and reach the Hotel's operational goals.


Your functions will be:


  • Assist the F&B Manager
  • Ensure the implementation of the Company's F&B strategies standards and procedures (products, orders, standards, SOP)
  • Manage and coordinate the Team
  • Improve customer experience and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all operational processes and standards
  • Monitor compliance with product and service quality standards

Essential requirements:


  • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
  • Friendly, outgoing and positive.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
  • Excellent organizations skills and ability to find solutions.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
  • Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
