SALES PLANNING
MISSION
Sales Planning
is responsible for continuous analysis of our customer base composition as key element of growth management.
He/She will be also in charge to support the Sales Department in elaborating a reliable sales plan (budget and forecast) which will serve as the input to the SOP process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Analysis & Segmentation
- Analysis of annual customer base variations and annual Won
- Lost
- Regularly Monitoring of segment /sectors performances
- Development and Management of Reporting Models
Sales Planning
- Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of operational sales tools, tasks and programs
- Development and maintenance of the platform used by salesforce for their sales planning activities
- Sales Planning Support to the global salesforce and to the HQ (GM, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Finance)
- Training and empowerment of Salesforce on the platform during the budgeting and the forecast phases.
- Analysis of numbers, highlight discrepancies and incoherencies, as well as aggregate numbers for internal decisionmaking purposes
- Monitoring progress status of the activities during every cycle in order to guarantee process deadlines' respect
