Long Acting Antibodies Account Specialist - Lazio e Sardegna

A
LAAS guarantees the right planning and consumption of the LAAB volumes by:

  • leading and ensuring the most appropriate product information & communication through account internal channels (from therapy areas departments leads to prescribers) and external channels (from involved MSLs and Sales Force)
- coordinating all colleagues involved in the account (LAM, MSLs, ISFs) in the acquisition and management of all necessary information related to LAAB administration process (patients flow in each of the involved therapy areas and product administration) and ensuring its correct execution
- acting as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the LAAB for physicians in the account.
- supporting LAM & RAM in access, product acquisition and tender management as well as specific programs built with regional/account stakeholders.

Technical expert of Covid products, therapeutic classes or patient needs, calling on relevant specialists (Infectiologists, Oncologists, Haematologists, Nephrologists and Immunologists) & Medical associations.

Typically establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Generally have prior experience in pharmaceutical Sales & Account management.


TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate, at account level, the relevant information channels on LAAB, both internal (Inside the Therapy Areas, cascade down to prescribers) and external (MSL and SF from involved Units)
  • Coordinate all colleagues involved in the account (LAM, MSLs, ISFs) in the acquisition and management of all necessary information related to LAAB administration process (patients flow in each of the involved therapy areas and product administration) and ensure its correct execution
  • Guarantee a solid, proactive and continuous cross collaboration partnership with all the internal key stakeholders.
  • Guarantee a solid partnership with the key stakeholders/customers at the regional/account level in order to optimize the definition and consumption of product volumes.
  • Engage KOL's healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support the right consumption for the most appropriate target.
  • Lead the planning of quantification of volume for tendering and support the correct execution of procedures
  • Support LAM/RAM in their work with the Hospital Pharmacy/Local Health Units/Local Health Departments in order to guarantee the most appropriate prophylaxis campaign implementation through specific initiatives/programs/projects.
  • Support consistent implementation of account strategy with respect to pull through across the sales organization for target accounts.
  • Supports communication with Brand Team and sales force leadership and representatives regarding accountspecific programs, activities, and pullthrough messages,
  • Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
  • Work with Head of Commercial to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed company goals in his/her own territory.
  • Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Provides accurately and timely communication on timelines, bid processes and bid requirements. Proactive in identifying issues and challenges with accounts.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or previous experience as Rep
  • Demonstrated project management and team development ability
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers
  • Demonstrated communication and platform skills
  • Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues including legal and best price implications
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Digital savvy
  • Residence in the working area

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in sales management or commercial function
  • Prior experiences in Account management will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of the institutional scenario at National, Regional and Local level.
