Multinazionale italiana operante nel settore metalmeccanico in ottica di potenziamento, ci ha incaricato di ricercare per uno dei plant del gruppo un/a:

Production Supervisor

La figura, rispondendo al Plant Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

Assicurare una efficace pianificazione e organizzazione delle attività di produzione nello stabilimento: allocazione delle risorse, gestione degli ordini di produzione, programmazione delle macchine e delle attrezzature.
Garantire una adeguata supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane nello stabilimento, cioè che le attività di produzione si svolgano in conformità con gli standard di qualità e sicurezza stabiliti, risolvere eventuali problemi o interruzioni nella produzione ed assicurarsi che i tempi di consegna siano rispettati.
Garantire coordinamento, formazione e sviluppo del personale dello stabilimento
Garantire che i prodotti realizzati nello stabilimento rispettino gli standard di qualità richiesti. Ciò include l'implementazione di procedure di controllo qualità, l'ispezione dei prodotti finiti, la gestione delle non conformità e l'identificazione e l'eliminazione delle cause dei difetti di produzione.
Assicurare il miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi.
Assicurare una efficace programmazione e pianificazione degli interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva delle attrezzature e dei macchinari nel reparto di produzione. Ciò implica l'analisi dei dati disponibili (storici e predittivi) e la definizione delle attività di manutenzione da eseguire, la pianificazione dei tempi di fermo macchina e l'assegnazione delle risorse necessarie.
Gestione di un Team di ca 20 risorse

Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo meccanico/elettrico/elettronico
Solida esperienza maturata in contesti produttivi analoghi o come capo reparto in contesti maggiormente strutturati
Conoscenze dei processi e delle fasi di produzione di lavorazioni meccaniche, montaggio e collaudo elettrico)

Completano il profilo buone capacità di lavoro in team e per obbiettivi, problema solving e buone capacità comunicative
