You will be part of Takeda Trade and Operations Department, that is responsible of the distribution process from customers' orders receipt till invoice dispatching.

You will cooperate with all the major functions of the Trade and Operations department and will follow the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices, analyzing performances and KPIs, supporting the correct execution of the entre flow.

You will we part of specific projects under the supervision of the Sr Trade and Operations manager.


_ MAIN ACTIVITIES_

  • Diving deep into data, mapping processes and complexity related to Trade and Operations
  • Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
  • Analyze orders/deliveries and invoices by distribution channel, identifying opportunities and risks to be mitigated
  • Execute basic Order to Invoices tasks such as review orders, prioritize items using SAP, Tools and processes of Takeda
  • Interacting with team managers, Global technology development teams, and third party, thinking broadly about solutions to the complex business and operational challenges faced by the department

_ SKILLS & CAPABILITIES_

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Business Management, or similar discipline
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Order to Invoice processes (customer orders; pricing; delivery and product allocation and invoicing)
  • Resultsdriven with analytical skills and the desire to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
  • Strong plus: experience with office package (especially excel and power point) and basic knowledge of SAP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
