Job Description:

Digital & Omnichannel Manager/Senior Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Gilead team in Commercial Operations to support the business objective.

This role has come about through expansion of the recently established Digital and Commercial Learning & Development team and the role will report to the Associate Director, Digital & Multichannel.

This role is based in our office in Milan, Italy.

Position Summary - Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The Digital & OMC Manager/Sr Manager will work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment, to:

  • Evolve the OMC framework and governance for the affiliate
  • Translate HCPs needs and technological developments into relevant digital strategies for Gilead and its brands
  • Contribute to develop BPOAs digital strategies and tactical activities in different therapeutic areas (e.g. Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Hematology)
  • Actively support the execution of digital & OMC customer engagement activities
  • Build digital & OMC related training and development programs to enhance the capabilities of the affiliate
  • Manage the local deployment of Global/Regional digital workstreams (e.g. HCP portal evolution, Marketing Automation Campaigns, AIbased recommendation systems, Dashboards for Omnichannel KPIs)

To accomplish this goals, she/he will:

  • Constantly team up with the Associate Director, Digital & OMC and all the members of the Commercial Operations function
  • Be a trustworthy business partner for one or more Business Units
  • Liaise with all Affiliate internal stakeholders and HQ, to establish solid crossfunctional collaboration
  • Develop relationships with third parties (external suppliers) to plan and deliver initiatives
  • Benchmark best practices in the digital pharma sector
Knowledge & Skills (Core)

Good understanding of Pharma Market

Can-do attitude and positive mindset

Proven experience of managing Digital & Multichannel projects, in the design, implementation and optimization phases

Familiarity with pharma-related technology ecosystem (CRM, CLM, Marketing Automation, Business Analytics, IA NBA systems)

Design thinking methodologies

Solid communications skills

Establish effective working relationships with a different range of stakeholders

Fluency in English (also technical) and Office knowledge

Preferred qualifications

  • Pharma Industry Experience (Core)
  • Degree (must)
  • Digital experience (Core)
  • Training experience (Plus)
