  • JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The CRM Office Specialist will be the ultimate integrator inside the CRM team and outside with the other functions. Will be responsible for identifying and sharing best practices and results, creating effective communication supporting documents and guaranteeing a correct budget management. The CRM Office Specialist will be also responsible for guaranteeing the focus on the main projects implementations.
  • AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
  • CAMPAIGN REPORTING: weekly bulk campaign reports, weekly ppt with the overall global performance and the details by brand, monthly campaign dashboard (bulk edm), monthly SMS consumption report, monthly Automations campaigns report, ad hoc campaign analysis
  • BUDGET: campaigns budget definition (ContactLab, Oracle, Liveclicker ecc), global CRM budget management, vendors' PO/RDA
  • CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS: daily campaign monitoring and weekly campaign plan, weekly call with the vendor (ContactLab), monthly consumption report and meeting with the vendor (ContactLab), weekly meeting with NA team
  • PROJECTS: managing cross functional projects with all CRM teams, sharing CRM projects and activities with different stakeholders, planning of CRM workshops


  • TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
  • Educational Background in Economics/Engineering
  • At least 3/4 years of experience in CRM project management/CRM Operations
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solid experience with Excel and Power Point Presentation.
  • LANGUAGES:
  • Italian fluent
  • English fluent
