Based within the Design Office, you are responsible for oversee the MRTW collection product development processes

How you will contribute_ t_o_
Act as a point of contact between the Design Office based in Milan and the RTW Dept. based in Novara
Work closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection
Bring a deep technical point of view throughout the creation of the product.
Anticipate potential issues in collection development
Strive for innovative solutions
Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and with Pattern Making Department
Attend fitting meetings
Who _you_ are_
Extensive post qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role
Deep technical knowledge of RTW collection development in luxury companies
A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details
A collaborative individual able to build solid and effective relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and at different levels in the company
Highly organized and with demonstrated thoroughness to ensure quality work
Willing to travel in Italy and abroad from time to time
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenJob Type
