JUNIOR INGEGNERE DI PRODUZIONE
per la sede di Spinetta M.go.
Il Junior Production Engineer che stiamo cercando svolgerà un ruolo centrale nell'ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione, implementando e gestendo KPI, analizzando i dati e fornendo azioni attuabili per migliorare l'efficienza e le prestazioni complessive. Avrà in capo le seguenti responsabilità:
Analizzare dati reali e storici per identificare tendenze, modelli e aree di miglioramento.
Interpretare i dati KPI per fornire approfondimenti attuabili che contribuiscono a migliorare la produzione
prestazione.
Collaborare con team interfunzionali per identificare le opportunità di ottimizzazione dei processi e miglioramenti dell'efficienza.
Implementare modifiche e miglioramenti sulla base dell'analisi e delle raccomandazioni KPI.
Stabilire parametri di riferimento e obiettivi per i KPI basati sugli standard di settore e sugli obiettivi aziendali.
Progettare e implementare sistemi di monitoraggio, garantendo precisione e affidabilità
raccolta dati.
Rimanere sempre aggiornato sulle tendenze del settore e sulle tecnologie emergenti relative al monitoraggio della produzione e controllo.
Preparare report e presentazioni regolari che riepilogano prestazioni, tendenze e miglioramenti dei KPI.
Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di produzione, manutenzione e controllo qualità per allineare i KPI agli
obiettivi aziendali.
Collaborare con i professionisti IT per garantire la perfetta integrazione dei sistemi di monitoraggio.
