PRODUCTION ENGINEER
per potenziamento del progetto di implementazione Lean Production.
Il candidato ideale svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nell'ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione implementando e gestendo KPI (Key Performance Indicator), analizzando i dati e fornendo informazioni utili per migliorare l'efficienza complessiva e le prestazioni e focalizzandosi su:
Analisi e interpretazione dei dati su: Analizza i dati reali e storici per identificare tendenze, paternità e aree di miglioramento. Interpreta i dati KPI per fornire informazioni utili che contribuiscono a migliorare le prestazioni dei prodotti.
Miglioramento continuo: Collabora con i team interfunzionali per creare opportunità per migliorare l'efficienza dei processi e l'efficienza. Implementare modifiche e miglioramenti sulla base dell'analisi dei KPI e delle raccomandazioni. Stabilisci parametri di riferimento e obiettivi per i KPI in base agli standard del settore e agli obiettivi aziendali. Esperienza tecnica: Utilizzare le competenze tecniche per progettare e attuare sistemi di monitoraggio, garantendo una raccolta dati accurata e affidabile.
Relazioni e comunicazioni: preparare relazioni periodiche e presentazioni che riepiloghino le prestazioni, le tendenze e le iniziative di miglioramento dei KPI.
Comunicare i risultati e feedback alle parti interessate sia tecniche che non tecniche.
Lavora a stretto contatto con i team di produzione, manutenzione e garanzia della qualità per allineare i KPI agli obiettivi aziendali generali. Collabora con i professionisti IT per garantire la perfetta integrazione dei sistemi di monitoraggio.
FATTORI DI SUCCESSO
Il candidato ideale dovrebbe avere una laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria Industriale o una disciplina correlata, esperienza comprovata in un ruolo analogo, familiarità con i processi di produzione e un'abilità dimostrata nell'ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro.completano il profilo: forti competenze tecniche, inclusa la padronanza degli strumenti di analisi dei dati utilizzando MS Excel (e linguaggi di programmazione). - familiarità con i processi di produzione e dimostrata capacità di ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro. - ottima comunicazione - mentalità orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi e capacità di attuare soluzioni innovative per migliorare l'efficienza dei prodotti.
