Responsibilities

Properly maintain ERP system (changes of dates, change orders, rework routings, etc)
Review exception messages in the system
Support work center dispatch report.
Provide guidance and support for shortages and perform work orders prioritization. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate the machining centers in the execution of production plans/work orders to meet production plans and give feedback to master scheduler.
Level loads of orders, in line with Master Scheduling.
Starts make/buy decisions with the support of Production and Procurement
Calculate KPIs and prepare reports
Clear to build report and then track execution of work order completions.
Follow up with purchasing team to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customers expectations.
Daily attends GEMBA walks with shopfloor management to support the resolution of issues and to relay additional information as requested from manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, shipping, customer service, quality, engineering.
Analyze ready to pick report. Take actions to pick lines and deliver to warehouse.
Assist planners and buyers with maintaining proper material and paperwork flow

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven knowledge of production planning activities
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Working knowledge of SAP MM/PP
Proficient in MS Office, Excel is mandatory
Fluent English is preferred
