Overview
This role is focused on :
- support Quality Department on management of Dispensing Quality Control by Provideing technical support in laboratory analysis, assuring that products meet regulatory requirement, PepsiCo standards and consumer need and guarantee the maintainment of food safety procedures and control plan for the HACCP Self-Monitoring System.
- Support Syrup Room Operator activities by assuring correct concentrate preparation procedures according to PepsiCo- Schweppes and PLI standards (Recipe). Operational activites requested: pick up, prepare, addition and mix ingredients in order to achieve a final batches for production in accordance with quality procedures.
• Laboratory Operator
- Support in Laboratory analysis execution (physio & chemical)
- Monitoring the programs & quality procedures Tools in the laboratory
- Collaborate with QC to transfer PepsiCo Sanitation protocol to the facility and ensure the implementation of Food Safety requirements.
- Support on developing Statistical Process Control in the plant based on the control chart
- Support Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Guarantee Documentation of results in written form and in database
• Quality & Food Safety support
Technical support in production standard implementation:
- Quality Procedures, Programs and Best Practices Tools
- HACCP procedures and control plan
• Syrup Room Operator
- Support the syrup room operator in syrup room daily activities: planning, equipments management, ingredients manipulation, quality standards compliance
- Knowledge of Physical, microbiological sampling techniques
- Use of basic laboratory equipment and analytical instruments
- Operational attitude
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Team work orientation
- Attention on job execution
- Base level of English
- Technical Diploma or Degree in scientific fields ( chemistry, food science etc..)
