Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges:
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining central, controlled supply of classified and unclassified documents originating within the company.

Reviews documents to determine pre-established classification level based on contracts or security manual, distribution requirements and processes distribution requests according to established procedures.

Ensures generation of quality assurance checklist for product release packages in support of production schedules.

May be required to maintain a secure, computerized document revision system, a periodic review system, and status tracking for all process-related documents and records.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of document control policy and corresponding procedures
Identification of appropriate document management software;
Management of documentation numbering and revisions;
Management of documentation exchange with Client and contractors;
Documentation of formal review in terms of compliance to doc control procedures;
Collection of contractors' reports, checking their completeness;

YOU MUST HAVE:

High School diploma or equivalent
