Il candidato, rispondendo all'HR Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
• Gestione di pratiche di assunzione, trasformazione e cessazione dei rapporti di lavoro;
• Comunicazioni online con centri per l'impiego, istituti ed enti di previdenza;
• Adempimento dei processi amministrativi, fiscali, previdenziali e pianificazione delle scadenze;
• Inserimento e controllo presenze;
• Elaborare e gestire i calcoli delle paghe mensili, compresi i bonus, le indennità e le detrazioni fiscali;
• Gestione della relazione con gli enti previdenziale e assicurativi;
• Corretta elaborazione del budget annuale e del forecast mensile;
• Analisi e report periodico della gestione;
• Supporto alla funzione nell'organizzazione dei training;
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
• Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche, o titoli equivalenti;
• Costituisce un plus la conoscenza delle normative e delle leggi relative alle paghe e alle retribuzioni;
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel e di altri strumenti di elaborazione dati;
• Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di gestione delle relazioni interpersonali;
• Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire le scadenze;
