The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Operations Team leader for Tekomar products and will have a crucial role in the operations, with a direct impact on the revenue results achieved by the Product Group and the customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Global order management and invoicing of Tekomar products to endcustomers and to internal local divisions.
- Renewal of licenses and management of the recurring business in the SAP system (SAP ERP3).
- Credit management for specific customers.
- Identify and propose SAP projects aimed at the automatization of system and processes.
- Generate and manage the offers to potential customers.
- Solving specific customers' issues: identifying and proposing out of the box solutions.
- Results reporting.
- Controlling.
- Other activities of sales administration and sales management.
- Education in business administration or accounting or controlling areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in invoicing, order handling, and sales support.
- Exceptional customer centric approach and service attitude.
- Resilience, motivation, candoattitude, and curiosity to improve processes and system setup.
- Interest in working in the software area, for an engineering company.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Fluent in English in both spoken and written.
