- coordination of the warehouse and logistics department and the production card testing department;
- is able to motivate and guide the team towards achieving objectives, promoting corporate values and a culture of teamwork and innovation;
- orientation towards continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize production processes and reduce costs;
- good IT and management skills of information systems related to production
- degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electronic engineering or equivalent;
- experience in the industrial sector of machine and plant assembly;
- experience in production management using lean processes and kanban methodologies;
- Fluency in English
- the ability to manage relationships with Italian and foreign customers and suppliers visiting the company will be positively evaluated.
