- Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client requirements adherence.
- Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and subject matter experts to grasp client needs and steer proposals to align with them.
- Develop and uphold proposal standards, outlines, schedules, and templates to streamline the process.
- Establish and uphold quality control measures to ensure top-tier proposals.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations to pinpoint areas for proposal content and process enhancement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to harmonize proposals with client expectations and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, including version control, feedback, and outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on proposal metrics, success rates, and enhancement opportunities.
- Identify and implement process refinement opportunities to boost efficiency and efficacy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation).
- Extensive experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Familiarity with various industries served and a grasp of client requirements.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch work.
