Position Summary
Stiamo cercando per il ruolo di Maintenance Manager a Cervere (CN), al fine di coordinare la squadra di manutenzione composta da circa 15 risorse, assicurando una corretta manutenzione degli impianti e delle attrezzature produttive, nel rispetto delle condizioni di sicurezza, cercando di rispettare il budget assegnato.
Gestire sia la manutenzione a guasto che preventiva, e il dimensionamento del magazzino ricambi.
In ottica di miglioramento continuo identificare le cause radice e le relative azioni correttive, volte a massimizzare gli indicatori di performance di cui il candidato sarà responsabile.
Main Responsibilities
- Definire, coordinare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva.
- Assicurare l'attuazione delle politiche e delle procedure in materia di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza, Qualità e Processi nella propria area di competenza, fornendo al proprio team i mezzi necessari per conformarsi alle norme in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente e garantire che siano utilizzate correttamente.
- Dare priorità al programma di lavoro del team di manutenzione in base alle esigenze/risorse a disposizione.
- Con il supporto della produzione e dell'HR, addestrare il resto delle unità alla manutenzione di base delle proprie attrezzature, con l'obiettivo di garantire un ottimale svolgimento dell'attività produttiva
- Insieme all'ufficio tecnico e alle tecnologie di stabilimento, progettare, attuare e seguire i programmi di ispezione preventiva.
- Assicurare la gestione dell'approvvigionamento dei ricambi.
- Insieme all'ufficio tecnico implementare ed aggiornare i fascicoli tecnici in tutti gli aspetti di sua competenza.
- Controllare e coordinare i lavori di manutenzione subappaltati a terzi.
- Riferire alla direzione in merito ai principali indici di efficacia ed efficienza della propria area di competenza.
- Gestire, sviluppare e motivare il personale sotto la propria responsabilità
Job Position Requirements
Education: University bachelor degree - Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Meccatronica
