- Garantire la tempestiva realizzazione dei progetti 2D e 3D nella fase di sviluppo prototipi e nella fase di avvio industriale.
- Seguire la realizzazione di nuovi componenti per i prototipi comunicando con i fornitori per la loro corretta esecuzione.
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con i Designer per la corretta interpretazione del disegno creativo.
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con l'industrializzatore ed eventualmente con i fornitori per tutte le parti riguardanti il progetto, dalle minuterie all'occhiale finito, valutando opportunità e i rischi relativi alla fase produttiva.
- Individuare e proporre idee per garantire la fattibilità di un progetto complesso.
- Individuare e valutare eventuali criticità tecniche nello sviluppo di un progetto e proporrai soluzioni per migliorare il prodotto.
- Rimanere continuamente aggiornato sui sistemi di produzione per poter consigliare il corretto fornitore in base alle specificità dei singoli progetti.
- Relazionarsi con le Operations per garantire il raggiungimento del risultato, controllando i disegni tecnici dei fornitori e trasferendo all'industrializzazione eventuali modifiche necessarie.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo nella prototipazione di occhiali e/o gioielli.
- Conoscenza di programmi 2D e 3D (Rhinoceros).
- Conoscenza dei metalli, dei materiali plastici e di quelli naturali come legno, corno ed altri.
- Passione per il proprio lavoro, spirito innovativo e forte capacità di problem solving.
- Precisione, dinamismo, forte capacità di lavorare in team.
