PRIMARY FUNCTION
Reporting to DMS governance manager, the specialist (he/she) needs to coordinate the DMS implementation programs in the assigned countries/markets.

Main tasks include:
Coordination with all relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME) on defining implementation priorities
Definition of DMS strategy in each Market/Country in scope in agreement with the local network development team
Definition and follow up of the DMS development and deployment plan coordinating with the Information Technology (IT) DMS support and the IT DEP (Data Exchange Platform) teams
Management of new development request, balancing priority of the CNHi businesses involved
Support DMS on current available integration

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Work with internal business partners to understand integration requirement and priorities
 Cross check ND strategy and reflect it into DMS approach for dealers of the future
 Verify DMS provider capability to plan project steps and monitor their performance in coordination with IT DMS
 Verify timely and efficient implementation at dealer site in coordination with Country/Market point of reference,
 Monitor DMS provider's support in coordination with the internal stakeholders
 Support all aspect of sub-project development steps, facilitating solution (i.e. Legal/Compliance/Commercialteams) and timely escalates issues, if any

JOB SPECIFICATION

Communication
Due to fact that we are PMO for each DMS project, organizational knowledge and communication skills are required in respect of:
 CNHi main commercial organizations (Sales, After Sales, Financial Services, Network Development, Warranty)
 CNHi IT and external suppliers
 Dealers selected as referents for each specific sub-project

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Customer orientated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal & written which enable to deal with all parties in a professional manner
Project management skills, capability to lead interfunctional project team
Wellmotivated, well organized and able to work under pressure managing multiple priorities
Welcome new challenges and can use own initiative
Strong analytical skills
Previous field experience with dealer network (B2B) and agile methodology would be a plus
Languages: English and French fluent. German a plus
