- Schedulare giornalmente le attività di produzione garantendo le tempistiche di consegna concordate con i clienti, tenendo conto dei vincoli di produzione e logistici (cambi prodotto, cambi formato, manutenzioni e spazi a magazzino) e mantenendo gli standard qualitativi richiesti;
- Monitoraggio e controllo dei flussi di lavoro per massimizzare l'efficienza produttiva delle linee e minimizzare i costi di produzione;
- Collaborare con i responsabili di produzione, manutenzione, acquisti per risolvere eventuali problemi o ostacoli nella catena di approvvigionamento e nella produzione;
- Monitoraggio dei costi di produzione, analisi dei rendimenti delle linee;
- Costante confronto con i Planner di gruppo, customer service, logistica, magazzini, call off materie prime, controllo qualità.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Industriale o campo correlato;
- Esperienza pregressa nella pianificazione della produzione;
- Conoscenza dei principi della contabilità industriale e della gestione dei costi;
- Capacità di analisi e problem-solving;
- Ottime competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Orientamento ai risultati e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Per il nostro stabilimento di Caslino al Piano (CO) stiamo ricercando la figura di Production scheduler.
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Supply Chain Plant Leader, avrà l'obiettivo organizzare la produzione dello stabilimento in base alle richieste dei clienti garantendo un flusso efficiente in termini di costi di produzione e di servizio al cliente.
