- Ensuring that suppliers have the correct technical documentation when they have to provide goods of services to Bolton Food
- Managing the approval process for new materials or new suppliers.
- Coordinating the supplier process rating
- Managing the second-part audits implementation, caring for the audit scheduling, the updating of the documentation needed to perform the audit (check-list), the deviation analysis and the corrective action implementation
- Setting the control plan for the outsourced canned products.
- Managing the noncompliances referring to suppliers.
- Education : Food Engineer or Food Technologist
- Work experience : 5 years minimum in the Food or Agriculture business ; asked for experience in Quality, R&D or Production area ; expert audit
