We are looking for a
Warehouse Operations Manager for our branch in Verona (VR).

The person will work between 14.00 and 23.00

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

Maintaining links with cooperatives
Checking the monthly invoices
Weekly meetings with the handling provider to share results, successes and inefficiencies with related action plans and followup
Developing performance and productivity kpi
Ensuring linehaul saturation and distribution
Ensuring linehaul departure times and distribution

WHO YOU ARE:

High school diploma or equivalent

- at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees

Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
Excellent problemsolving skills and leadership qualities
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
