- Implementare e promuovere l'applicazione delle logiche Lean, in collaborazione con i Manager di riferimento, per favorire il cambiamento;
- Garantire che la strategia, gli obiettivi e i KPI, siano implementati secondo logiche di Operational Excellence;
- Analizzare e garantire l'attuazione del Piano di miglioramento nei Siti produttivi assegnati;
- Facilitare e monitorare gli audit interni ed esterni, in ottica delle disposizioni previste dal Piano di miglioramento delle prestazioni;
- Partecipare all'analisi delle perdite, con l'identificazione e la definizione delle priorità e delle opportunità di miglioramento delle prestazioni;
- Accompagnare, formare e assistere il personale operativo nell'implementazione dei progetti LEAN;
- Impostare lo strumento Kaizen su progetti dedicati.

Job Description
La risorsa selezionata riporterà direttamente al Site Manager e collaborerà in maniera proattiva con il Responsabile del Miglioramento Continuo di Gruppo, al fine di ottimizzare gli enti di Produzione, Supply Chain e Back Office.
Nel dettaglio sarà responsabile di:Competenze ed esperienza
Desideriamo incontrare candidati in possesso della Laurea in Ingegneria (o titolo equipollente) con esperienza pregressa in ruoli legati al Continuous Improvement.
È richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2) e la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte presso i vari Plant di competenza (Europa prevalentemente). La provenienza dal settore alimentare e la conoscenza di SAP saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali. Completano il profilo: forti doti di leadership, comunicazione efficace e orientamento ai risultati.Completa l'offerta
