Objectives of the role

  • According to the company's sales strategy, she/he is responsible for achieving sales and development objectives in the assigned geographical area: DACH & East Europe
  • She/he maintains and develops a strong relationship with customers, identifying and understanding their needs, and acting as their strategic partner
  • She/he leads a team of Area Sales Managers and Customer Service assistants, dedicated to the business area
Organization

  • She/he will report to the Emea Sales Director
Duties

  • To develop and manage the commercial relationships and sales, of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging, in the areas of reference
  • To set the region sales budget and define new market needs / opportunities
  • To research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities
  • To support the EMEA Sales Director in the development of the business plan

Skills:


  • Degree
  • At least 10years experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales organization
  • Fluent English, German and Italian
  • Positiveness, good communication skills and listening capacity
  • Aptitude for leading people as well as teamworking
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Consistently goal oriented.
