Posizione:


NHOA is looking for an Executive Assistant Intern, which, under the guide of Head of Institutional Relations and Financial Communication, will act as Executive Assistant to the CEO and its Staff.


The Executive Assistant will be responsible to provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer and to his Staff in daily tasks.

He/she will provide a full and efficient secretarial and administrative service, organizing business travels, daily agenda and expenses reports ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered against deadlines.


With the help of the Head of Institutional Relations and Financial Communication, the Executive Assistant will proactively manage and coordinate the CEO daily agenda by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are provided.


The Executive Assistant will report at first to the Head of Institutional Relations and Financial Communication and later on directly to the CEO.


Main tasks and duties:


  • Daily management of the CEO's agenda and CEO Staff matters;
  • Review, management, and delivery of documents to be signed by the CEO;
  • Travel and full logistics arrangements to the CEO and his staff;
  • Management of external and internal events, visits and meetings (e

g:
Board of Director meetings, institutional visits, ). This will include drafting agendas, taking minutes and following up action points if needed;

  • Support in managing and coordinating internal and external communication channels (dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO);
  • Support in projects and activities related to strategic directives and investor relations, highlevel public and private sector executive contacts including international investors, hedge funds and stakeholders generally;
  • Support in implementation of processes and strategic programs;
  • Following up on strategic projects with teams to ensure completion on time and according to the CEO directives.

Requisiti:


Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Full proficiency of English and, preferably, French;
  • Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of relevant tools like MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Information gathering and monitoring skills;
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills; judgment and decisionmaking ability;
  • Ready to work in a highpaced and highdemanding environment
  • Confidentiality.

Hybrid remote; HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi. For this job position is required the availability to travel for short periods of time.
