POSITION

Main Responsibilities

Finalization of the annual Statutory Financial Statements of the Italian entities, including the Holding Company.
Coordination of the communication flows and corporate activities with the Subsidiaries.
Coordination of monthend closing process and reporting, including the preparation of IFRS reporting of the Italian entities.
Recurring overview and analysis of the Trial Balance.
Participation to the annual Budget process for the Italian Entities and interim Forecasting.
Corporate Tax computation and compliance with the collaboration of external consultants.
Coordination of the Cash Flow management in collaboration with the Treasury Team.
Assistance in preparation of audit work papers for yearend audits with external auditors.
Coordination of the General Accounting processes and Fixed Assets WW Core Model, including support to the other Group Companies.
Assistance in drafting and executing policies and compliance procedures.
Support to the Management on the Due Diligence activities.
Other Finance Special Project as assigned

PROFILE

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting position, Tax consultancy, Audit or Finance control position within a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
Highly adapt in technology: SAP4Hana or other ERP, Reporting and Data analysis tools (e.g. SAP analytics, Business Objects, or similar tools).
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, High skills in PowerPoint, PowerBI skills a plus.
Fluency in English is required.
Passionate & understanding of retail, fashion and luxury sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in preparing clear, concise and accurate information.
Experience in auditing or tax consultancy is a plus
Team player, enthusiasm and high attention for the soft skills.
