Mission
The Warehouse Supervisor directly reports to the Warehouse Manager and he/she will based in WW Distribution Center.


The Warehouse Supervisor will be one of point of contact with internal departments for the warehouse operational activities related to his/her area and for planning workloads related to the shipments of Fendi luxury products.

He/she will collaborate with the other people in charge of the other areas of the warehouse.


Responsibilities
Organize and manage directed and temporary warehouse operators according to the daily shipment plan using the Warehouse Management System.

  • Measure the productivity of the works area, establishing continuous improvement objectives and ensuring the continuous training of warehouse operators, also with a view to guarante a professional development.
  • Set up all appropriate adjustements for any mistakes occurred.
  • Constantly monitor and populate the Logistics KPIs of his area, with the aim of reaching and exceeding the assigned objectives.
  • Create a stimulating work environment by building a cohesive, productive and positive atmosphere.
  • Interface and partecipate proactively in logistics management meetings.
  • Promote the continuous improvement approach linked to the Kaizen vision by inducing meetings and implementing actions/behaviours.
  • Interface and collaborate with the HSE & Facility team in case of maintenances and installations.

Profile:


Profile

  • At least three/five years of prior experience such as Warehouse Supervisor in a Luxury Fashion Warehouse;
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience in Supply Chain field;
  • Able to manage a team with different skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, powerBi);
  • Good knowledge of

WMS:
Logimoda is preferred;

  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls;
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problemsolving skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A good level of English is a plus;
