Auberge's third European destination, Collegio is a delight for design lovers and gourmands alike.

Three adjacent original buildings feature 83 rooms, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants and a bar which was once the school's principal's office.

  • Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.
  • Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.
  • Remain personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with all stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and longterm financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
  • Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel
  • Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
  • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Italian and English
