The Assistant HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Director of HR, ensuring the seamless operation of the HR department. This role is specifically designed to champion the 'Employee Journey', with a primary focus on Welfare, Housing and Soft Human Resources initiatives.This position is ideal for someone who can provide exceptional support in areas such as employee welfare and culture. You will be responsible for designing and executing welfare programs that promote mental and physical health, work-life balance and job satisfaction.
