Our product portfolio includes MyBus excursions at destinations as well as guaranteed departure tours devised and delivered by our Seat-in-Coach specialists, Europamundo (EMV) and MyBus Landcruise.

    We collaborate with trusted suppliers and a team of destinations experts to make a real difference in the world.

    About the Business

    Our Destination Management services are at the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, sales, and account management teams, we partner with customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries. We handle ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, and more, providing 24/7 customer support for travelers from over 50 countries.

    About the Role

    As responsible to generate business from the Italy market and develop the sales and client portfolio. The role aims to reach sales objectives defined by the management.

    Key Activities:

    • Promote KuoniTumlare services in Italy by visiting active or potential clients and contacting new prospects
    • Expand the portfolio of KuoniTumlare clients
    • Generate group and FIT business using KuoniTumlare network
    • Promote activities to showcase destinations as per annual targets
    • Maintain communication with local offices for smooth business operations
    • Explore new products or activities in coordination with destination offices
    • Participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs as agreed
    • Organize fam trips and educational tours for clients
    • Manage Marketing activities for own clients
    • Provide sales reports, market analysis, and reports to the General Manager
    • Ensure business profitability in coordination with Revenue Control dept
    • Strict revenue control of tours using company systems

    Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

    • Commercially minded and Sales driven
    • Understanding of travel industry and market conditions
    • Entrepreneurial and creative approach
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to influence at multiple levels
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent at multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
    • Experience in operations, internal procedures, systems, and process management
    • Leadership, change management, and project management skills
    • Degree in Tourism and Travel Business
    • Fluency in English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PDF
