Posizione
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
La figura sarà inserita all'interno del Lean Team dell'Azienda, nato per sviluppare progetti di miglioramento continuo applicando tecniche e metodologie Lean e tesi all'eccellenza operativa.
Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di analizzare i processi aziendali individuando le attività a non valore aggiunto, supportare il controllo del sistema KPI, contribuire alla creazione e all'attuazione di processi, strumenti e metodi per concorrere a migliorare la prestazione operativa.
Requisiti
· Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
· Capacità di analisi dei dati
· Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office
· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
· Costituisce un plus la conoscenza delle metodologie della Lean Production e logiche di produzione Push-pull e strumenti di problem solving
