HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (German health care listed company), is looking for an
HR Operations technician.

S/he will be responsible for activities related to personnel administration, payroll, labor costs, tax and social security regulations, HARTMANN Italy policies and guidelines.

S/he will have to ensure the correct management, updating and maintenance of HR analysis, as well as support the HR Director in organizational matters, business partnership, recruiting activities, interacting with the Line Managers from Italy and abroad.


Key Activities and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure compliance with labor, social security, tax, and procedural regulations in HR administrative requirements
  • Ensure proper payroll processing of the company, guaranteeing the control of the eleborations produced by the payroll outsourcer, communicating any corrective actions
  • Propose corrective actions of internal processes in a lean and agile mode, achieving maximum efficiency of administrative services, in compliance with governance
  • Prepare contracts for employees, agents, freelancers, internships in line with legal requirements, as well as documentation pertaining to procedures for hiring, resignation, retirement, organizational changes, etc;
  • Update HR Systems to ensure proper tracking of data and information regarding contracts, organizational changes, etc.
  • Support the HR Director in the salary review process, calculation of bonuses and payouts, coordination of the Performance Management Process in accordance with Group policies, as well as in employee life cycle management (white and blue collars), providing support and advice to Line Managers on people management
  • Interact with Managers and Employees by providing explanations, resolving issues and proposing solutions
  • Works alongside the HR Director in the area of labor relations
  • Take part in the recruiting process in support of the HR Director, drafting job descriptions, conducting job postings, interviews, ensuring the proper fruition of the process.

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Labor Consulting.
  • 23 years of experience in this role or similar, within structured, complex and dynamic multinational companies
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Knowledge of CCNL Trade and Textiles.
  • Active listening, effective communication and ability to deeply understand people and organizational aspects
