About the Role
In our headquarter in Bologna we are looking for a professional to join our Group Purchasing department.

This is a challenging role which combines the opportunity to drive the Coesia Purchasing projects & governance upskills together with a direct impact on the business.

As purchasing program specialist, you will:

  • Be active part of the procurement center of excellence, including procurement systems, processes, and projects, to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the global and regional standardization and transformation project pipelines to reach global must win battles targets.
  • Build and develop strong, collaborative internal and external relationships at all levels, to provide support and guidance, champion supply chain excellence and best practice and optimize end to end supply chain performance.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Controlling, Sustainability and HSE to effectively transfer to the supply base the group.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Governance:

  • Support yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting processes monitoring and discussing Purchasing KPI of Group companies
  • Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and improve procurement processes.
  • Rationalize procurement policies and procedures to be shared among companies, internal teams, ensuring compliance and understanding of best practices.
  • Develop and implement supplier relationship management (SRM) strategies to optimize supplier performance, mitigate risks, and drive innovation.

Supply chain Sustainability:

  • Lead sustainable sourcing initiatives to support social and environmental responsibility, including the development of supplier sustainability programs and scope 3 carbon emission reduction.
  • Address the requests coming from business about supply chain sustainability and compliance within a crossfunctional team (R&D, Product, Marketing, Sustainability, Legal, HSE).
  • Manage the tools to assess and monitor the Supplier compliance to ESG requirements.
  • Monitor and plan the execution of the periodical assessment and followup in coordination with thirdparty auditors and internal parties.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 23 Years of experience in Purchasing roles and/or project management, preferably coming from wellorganized companies;
  • A proficient use of Office Suite, deep knowledge of Excel and Power Point are required;
