Job description:

Support sales manager in managing, following up with customers, maintaining customer information, responding to customer questions, making order from SAP and other related work assigned by the manager
Support account manager in organizing client meeting, client annual summit, tech summit, etc. and followup of customer meetings
Assist with communications to dealers on upcoming releases, changes and promotions, etc.
Support CEO and account department in customer relationship management, follow up on the progress of communication with key customers in each account department.
Assist the CEO and account department with customers' quote.
Coordinate with logistics department on new orders and special instructions, verify order information generated from SAP.
Assist sales team in general administrative functions and finance team when necessary
Maintaining sales record, product information and produce monthly sales reports.

What You'll Need

2+ years related Experience;
Excellent communication skills, detailoriented, strong ability to work under pressure.
Experience with CRM
Knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Power Point), SAP is preferred
Proficient in English and Italian, Chinese is preferred

- 协助CEO 及客户部进行客户关系管理工作,跟踪各个客户部关键客户沟通进展。
- 协助CEO 及客户部进行客户界面报价。
- 同物流部门就新的订单或特殊运输情况进行协调,并核对SAP订单信息。
- 协商团队处理一些基本行政事务,必要时协助财务团队。
- 维护销售记录、客户记录及产品信息,并制作每月销售报告。
