ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

This role in summary:

Your responsibilities will include:

Guide, mentor and develop the organization's finance team in daytoday financial activities.
Lead monthend processes, monthly forecasts and yearly plans.
Deliver robust financial reporting to drive accountability and transparency of operations
Develop and implement Internal Controls and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures across ~€350M of Freight
Drive operational performance through robust financial analysis, resource allocation decision and analysis, capital requisition and management.
Work crossfunctionally to identify gaps and cost reduction opportunities; Partner with budget owners to elevate financial acumen and develop holistic budget strategies.
Drive continuous improvement across all financial processes, standardization and compliance.
Partner cross functionally to drive Strategic Imperatives related to culture of cost, network transformation, damage reduction home delivery and order commit.
A vital member of the Supply Chain Leadership team by providing direction and guidance to influence business performance.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
1+ years of Managerial experience managing a staff of finance or accounting professionals.

Preferred skills and experiences:

Masters
Strong accounting or finance background
Ability to understand logistics operations.
A strong analytical mind that helps see trends/patterns not obviously visible.
Thinking "out of the box" that provides strategic solutions beyond what is available today.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong leadership skills that enable influencing a wide range of individuals within and outside the Finance

- and Operations.

Ability to work crossfunctionally to drive alignment that is in the best interest of the company.
Excellent communications and presentation skills to present operating results to various leadership teams.
