ROLE & TEAM


We are currently looking for a
Front Desk Specialist (f/m/x) to serve as the frontline representative of our organization, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

As the initial point of contact, you will hold a key position in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the office.

As a Front Desk Specialist, your core activities will include:

  • Greeting and Welcoming;
  • Cash management;
  • Warmly welcoming visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression;
  • Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments;
  • Providing basic information and assistance to callers;
  • Basic Customer Service: providing basic information and assistance to clients, customers, or employees;
  • Operational support for events (setup, internal communication, fittings).

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • At least +1 year experience in a Customer Service Role;
  • Excellent Communication Skills;
  • Strong customercentric approach;
  • Teamwork and collaboration involve working harmoniously with diverse team members;
  • Problem solving;
  • Knowledge of English (B2/C1).
