Qomodo is a Fintech company, composed of a team from leading Italian and foreign VC-backed ventures such as Rocket Internet, Revolut, Delivery Hero, SumUp, Amazon, Dash and Credimi.


The founders recently closed one of Italy's largest pre-seeds, with a capital raising of several millions from both European and Italian venture capitalists and top tier angels from Italy, the UK and Germany.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assistance in the inputting and verification of required documentation
  • Explain the products and services offered for their optimal use
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving collection issues
  • Document procedures and flows

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
