Position:


MISSION
Bulgari Spa is looking for a Philanthropy Curator within the Heritage & Philanthropy department, based in Rome.

He/She will act as Brand Philanthropy Ambassador, amplifying and nourishing the cultural, artistic and humanist initiatives and values that constitute the cornerstone of the Brand Identity.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Philanthropy Curator will be focused on three main pillars:

  • Philanthropy, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing philanthropic activities focused on Social, Health & Safety, Human Rights projects aimed supporting social initiatives (e.g., Save The Children).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, nonprofit organizations, cultural institutions, as well as ensure effective management of partnerships to maximize the impact of philanthropic initiatives.
  • Art & Patronage
  • Perpetuate artistic heritage initiatives, through meaningful patronage activities in support of the ancient, modern and contemporary arts.
  • Promote and consolidate Bulgari as Patron of Arts also in Contemporary & Digital Art through partnership with relevant WW Art Institutions and Museums.
  • Identify priority intervention areas and opportunities for collaboration with cultural institutions and artists.
  • Savoir-Faire Transmission
  • Promote multiple initiatives to create a path to professionalize new generations of artisans.
  • Be responsible for scholarships and special awards for specific profiles.

On top of that:

  • Work with Marketing & Communication teams to develop effective communication strategies related to all the different philanthropic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal supplier such as Security, Logistics, Legal, F&A teams for the areas under their responsibilities.
  • Budget management and global costs supervision.

Profile:


SKILLS REQUIRED
- +7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury and fashion brands.

  • Degree in Communication/Art History/Art Management or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of museums network, competitors, archives, foundations, collections, auction houses, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital world and experience on digital projects.
  • Project management, planning and budget skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Problem solving and flexible mindset.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
