Campari Group is currently looking for an Global Commercial
FP&A Specialist - Global Channel&Customer Marketing and Consumer Engagement based in Sesto San Giovanni.


The role will support in the effort of providing best in class business partnership to the Channel &Customer Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams, with a focus on developing, driving, and establishing the key processes, analytics and tools required to deliver critical business insights.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Lead the budgeting/forecasting, tracking, and reporting for the C&CM & Consumer engagement teams including defining KPIs, consolidating internal & external data, providing insights, purchase order support, and accruals.
  • Influence business partners to take on an analytical, data driven mindset
  • Work with global and local teams to develop an aligned approach on reporting and effectiveness of A&P initiatives
  • Support on key globally driven initiatives (Ecommerce, Direct to consumer business, VAP Project, etc)
  • Develop or improve standard reporting to bridge the gap between current ways of working and the launch of DR&A reporting (Develop POSM reporting etc)
  • Foster relationships with the key financial stakeholders at the local and regional level to prioritize the global mindset & value generation
  • Assist in the responsibility of Commercial FP&A controlling model governance (e.g. customer hierarchies, pricing schema, accounting for rebates, RSP and Value Chain)
  • Influence markets in best practice sharing across cultural boarders driving business excellence around the world
  • Assist in the analysis and understanding of the international buying alliances by assessing new KPIs and reporting condolidation
  • Proactively look for new business partnering opportunities and ways to generate value
  • Trade promotional management tool and best practice implemnetation

  • key Finance stakeholders within the Business Units, Global Commercial Capability, Global Strategic Marketing team members, Global Supply chain members, Local/Regional marketing & Finance, GBS DR&A; GBS Regional Spokes, Global Advance Analytics team, Global/Regional/Local P&RG team

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business or Finance
  • Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of Italian or another language is a plus.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 48 years of proven Financial Planning & Analysis experience within Finance & Controlling of multinational manufacturing companies preferably in Beverages/Consumer goods industry
  • Previous experience in the role of Commercial FP&A/Marketing FP&A at Group/Regional level
  • Knowledge of business processes in FMCG industry
  • Prior experience in Trade Promotional management or implementation would be an added advantage.
  • Deep expertise in SAP or other comparable tools (SD, TPM, etc.); knowledge of SAP BI (Analysis for Office), a plus is SAP Analytics cloud (SAC), Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret and connect multiple external data points to derive holistic insights.
  • Experience in data exploration and analytics to find solution to a targeted problem.
  • Acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving
  • Consolidated economic and financial knowledge including financial statement & scenario analysises
