- Negoziazione e definizione delle condizioni di acquisto: stabilisce i termini contrattuali con i fornitori, ottimizzando i costi e garantendo la qualità dei beni e servizi (servizi, manutenzioni, trasporti, attrezzature).
- Supporto allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti: collabora con il Team di sviluppo per identificare, selezionare e qualificare nuovi fornitori, garantendo l'approvvigionamento dei materiali necessari (materiale di produzione e trattamenti estetici).
- Gestione modifiche (IDM) a supporto del Direct Buyer: gestisce le modifiche agli ordini d'acquisto in collaborazione con il Direct Buyer.
- Monitoraggio costi e tempi: monitora l'andamento dei costi e dei tempi in coerenza con le fasi del progetto, per installazioni attrezzature e manutenzioni straordinarie.
- Emissione contratti per servizi e manutenzioni: emette i contratti per servizi e manutenzioni, con la gestione della relativa documentazione.
- Partecipazione al monitoraggio delle certificazioni: partecipa al monitoraggio delle certificazioni di qualità, ambiente, sicurezza e sostenibilità del fornitore.
- Gestione della relazione con i fornitori: gestisce la relazione con i fornitori, visitandoli periodicamente e gestendo il database e la rubrica dei fornitori.
- Laurea / diploma allineato;
- Esperienza minima nella gestione degli acquisti nel settore automotive;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; consolidata capacità nell'utilizzare fogli di calcolo e di testo;
- Inglese livello B2;
- Capacità e predisposizione a lavorare in maniera autonoma, ad organizzarsi le proprie attività giornaliere e a fissare priorità;
- Resistenza allo stress e abilità nella risoluzione di problemi e imprevisti;
- Orientamento al risultato e al conseguimento di obiettivi;
- Buona attitudine nel gestire al meglio i rapporti con fornitori esterni ed interni all'azienda, nonché la capacità di lavorare in team e dinamicità.

Junior Indirect Materials Buyer
La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Purchasing Manager e collaborerà con il Team di Sviluppo e colleghi Finance - Controlling e Produzione.
La persona si occuperà della gestione dell'intera filiera di approvvigionamento per beni e servizi indiretti e di supporto alla produzione. Il suo obiettivo sarà migliorare l'efficienza e controllo sull'approvvigionamento, e le relazioni con esistenti e nuovi fornitori. Potrà supportare i colleghi che si occupano di Direct Procurement in alcune attività.
