- supportare la strategia di prodotto e il processo iterativo di definizione della relativa roadmap;
- analizzare i KPI dei prodotti, al fine di assicurare il costante monitoraggio delle performances e condividere i risultati con i principali stakeholders;
- mappare e studiare il Customer Journey degli utenti, individuando eventuali pain points e supportando nell'adozione di nuove iniziative;
- organizzare e moderare attività di ricerca qualitativa (user test, workshop, etc.);
- analizzare i principali competitor;
- gestire i bug individuati e/o segnalati dai diversi stakeholders;
- interfacciarsi con le altre unità aziendali, per le attività di gestione, sviluppo e test.
- capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, negoziazione e problem solving;
- capacità espositiva tramite report e presentazioni;
- propensione per tecnologie e tematiche UX/UI;
- gradita precedente esperienza con Asana, Mural, Hotjar, Convert e/o Jira.
