• You are the technical contact person for our customers and assist the customer in all technical matters
  • Commissioning of drive systems in the field
  • Analysis / evaluation of customer requirements together with the sales department
  • Technical advice and support to the customer
  • Advisor to the customer in all questions of drive technology
• The candidate will have a growth opportunity in an international environment and will deal with leading companies.
• Organize and conduct internal and external training
• Supporting the service department by analyzing faults and, if necessary, replacing devices at customer sites
• Participate in our product and strategy development through your application and customer experiences
• Active participation in trade fairs and events
• Support in presales and aftersales activities
• Translation/check of technical documents.
• Contribute to create technical contects for training linkedin company page etc.
• CRM update.

• Technical degree, e.g. mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Customer and service orientation
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Willingness to travel of limited duration (50%)
• Empathy, operational flexibility and availability
• The profile needs also excellent analytical and relational skills, problem solving skills and a propensity for team working
