What you'll do:

  • You will join the International Business Unit, in particular the International Transition and Operations Team, reporting to the International Head of Transition and Operations;
  • You will have the opportunity to:
  • Engage in the governance of the operations' processes (customer care, logistics and warehousing, field maintenance) for Sisal's International subsidiaries;
  • Be involved in projects aimed at continuously improving and evolving Sisal's International subsidiaries operations processes, stimulating cross fertilization among countries and sharing of best practices;
  • According to your learning path, you could be involved in projects aimed at launching new international subsidiaries, including the Transition process from Incumbent Operators.

Who you are:

  • You have 12 years of experience in structured contexts, such as management consulting firms;
  • You have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
  • You are proficient in English;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • You are flexible, proactive, organised, lateralthinker;
  • You have an attitude to manage complex projects, interacting with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders.

Preferably, you also have:

  • Good knowledge of French Language;
  • Previous experience in the Customer Care processes;
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Data analysis skills.

Location:
Italy, Milan.

You will be based in Sisal HQ (Milan, Italy) in a hybrid work (2-3 days per week remotely).

You will be travelling abroad in Sisal subsidiaries, on average on a monthly basis.
