    Summary
    Covering this position, you'll coordinate the production of finished goods for a global, multi-site supply chain with focus on Valtellina Plant, using ERP systems and planning tools (RapidResponse/JDE)

    You'll be balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements, supporting the Execution teams in Material and Daily Replenishment Planning activities.

    What you'll be doing
    Responsible for Production planning, Material purchasing support and inventory management of a portfolio of finished goods
    Support/Lead the OPLAN Process with key stakeholders e.g. Plant management – reporting Sales, Production and Inventory
    Formulate & Communicate short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand
    Define & approve planning parameters that drive OTIF and Inventory performance
    Accountable for achieving Inventory Targets
    Collaborate with other Planners and Managers, Demand planners, Cluster fulfilment, Commercial & Shipping teams
    Proactively managing supply chain risks e.g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate
    Review transfer order exceptions and cancel, close out, or decrease orders where necessary
    Monitor supply chain performance, review & support planning parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    Apply scenario planning & collaboration Rapid Response functionality and tools
    Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems
    What you'll bring
    Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar fields
    3-5 Years working experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning/Distribution
    Understanding of all aspects of end-to-end supply chain and how we interact with other functions
    Good communication skills required
    Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player
    Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, reading and creating reports and conducting analysis for business decisions
    Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    Drives results with sense of urgency and accountability
    Knowledge in JDE or similar platform is an advantage
    Very good English knowledge
