Trade Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Being part of the World's N°1 Consumer Healthcare Company, the Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing 4P's activation excellence in store with a clear focus on growing sell out for our strong Mass Market brand portfolio (Listerine, Carefree, OB, Johnson Baby, OGX, Piz Buin, Neutrogena).

This position is
hybrid:
both based in
Pomezia - Santa Palomba (Rome), Italy and
remote.

What will you do
With a strong customer orientation and through a team coordination, key responsibilities are:

ü Assortment:
priority list definition by store format and customer, Sales Force support in assortment reviews (assortment gap analysis)

Promotion: guidelines definition by category/sku's, sales force support in promo plan reviews, promo kpi's analysis and monitoring by sellout and sell in data, share of leaflet analysis and reporting by customer/category

ü Price:
tracking and analysis

ü In store execution:
Coordination, planning and monitoring of the perfect store execution (with the support of Merchandising Sales Force). Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.

ü Monitoring and reporting sell-out/sell-in, margin performance by category/brand/customer

ü Sales leadership in S&OP process and Customer forecasts

ü Sales force incentives:
definition and collaboration with Head of Sales

ü Focus on Top Customers:
support on definition and implementation of Customer Plan, monitoring performance and 360° support to Key Account Managers.

ü Organization and Management of National Sales Meeting

ü Relationship with agencies for below the line activities

ü People management:

Lead the development of Trade Brand Manager / In store Manager; Coach and assist where necessary; lead by example and with growth mindset.

Travel 20% time throughout the country to support the sales network, merchandisers and staff team, is required

Qualifications:

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience gained in Trade Marketing/Category Management/Marketing or Sales positions (with management of complex GD / DO Key Account) in FMCG company, with at least 3 years in the same position

ü Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Analysis and synthesis skills

ü (with the support of Merchandising Sales Force) (with the support of Merchandising Sales Force) Good communication skills, team building

ü Strong entrepreneurial spirit and adaptation to sudden market changes

ü Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

ü Advanced/Proficiency English level
- ü Fluent Italian level
